These are my pastry workmanship I had made previously during my course in Le Cordon Bleu and my days in Nathalie’s Gourmet Studio in Publika Shopping Centre.
There are days where I also create my own recipes/experimenting flavours and textures in my personal kitchen. PS: There re random updated recent photos of my creation too!
