Majority of the time... Event Planning, liaising with clients through telecommunications.

My team and I would recee (visit) the venue to measure the necessity wiring needed and placement of each equipment for our client to get the best out of the event.

 

Normally, I will be communicating about the event details and flow with the Event Organizer during the recee, as well as handling the logistics based on list provided by my team; Equipment list would be created by BAP Equipment Senior or Junior Supervisor.
